Remove the hassle from your bookkeeping by depositing your invoices and accounting documents in our secure online box. This transfer tool can be accessed by PC via the client space on our website or by tablet and smartphone after downloading the dedicated IOS or Android app.
The box has two sections:
Deposit zone where you can upload your documents
There are several ways to deposit your accounting documents:
- You can select documents that have already been scanned and filed on your PC;
- You can use the dedicated scanner that is directly linked to the box; or
- You can add photos (when using a smartphone or tablet).
Online accounting in France
Consultation zone where you can access legal, accounting and employment documents deposited there by your accountant
- Legal documents: your company’s articles of association, company registration documents (Kbis), most recent general meetings, etc.
- Accounting documents: access all accounting documents deposited by yourself or your accountant. This is ideal if you wish to check an old invoice or access a guarantee, etc. These documents are very easy to find using the detailed search tool available on the box (invoice scans and character recognition).
Your accountant can also give you access to your latest balance sheet, tax return, etc.
- Employee documents: each month your accountant can put your company’s employee payslips online.
This secure box is easy to use and gives you 24/7 access from wherever you may be to all relevant information on your company.
